Mushrooms cooked with onions, chives, parsley, tofu, salt and pepper. Mmm...
Unfortunately I didn't get a picture of the mushrooms before they were sliced (they were really pretty). Here is a picture of all of them chopped up - there were probably 7-8 different types of mushrooms, most of which I had never tried before. Yum!!
